Join us for a monthly opportunity to build the ability to remain present when speaking in front of others (the true “stage presence!”).
In the February class, we'll work with Compassion Meditation as a tool to cultivate kindness toward ourselves and others. We'll see how this can ease nerves, remind us of our larger purpose, and facilitate authentic connection with an audience.
These classes are for anyone who would like to feel more connected with themselves while communicating with others. No previous experience with meditation or public speaking necessary, all are welcome!
