Shallow breath. Shaky hands. Tight toes. Quiet voice. Rapid thoughts.
We all know what it’s like to feel anxiety while speaking. For some of us, it’s resulted in the loss of a job, promotion, or relationship. What many of us don’t realize is that anyone can learn to develop a captivating stage presence.
I teach a unique system of techniques to help executives, academics, and other professionals uncover their natural ability to deeply impact an audience.
I am a lifelong actor who is passionate about helping clients find greater power, authenticity, and joy in communication.
I received my MFA in Classical Acting from George Washington University/ the Shakespeare Theatre and my BFA from NYU-Tisch.
I assist medical students with patient communication at John's Hopkins University, teach acting at Everyman Theatre, and perform regularly in the DC/Baltimore area. I am also certified in teaching trauma-informed mindfulness via the Engaged Mindfulness Institute and as a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher via the Yoga Alliance.
