Shallow breath. Shaky hands. Tight toes. Quiet voice. Rapid thoughts.
We all know what it’s like to feel anxiety while speaking. For some of us, it’s resulted in the loss of a job, promotion, or relationship. What many of us don’t realize is that anyone can learn to develop a captivating stage presence.
I teach a unique system of techniques to help executives, academics, and other professionals uncover their natural ability to deeply impact an audience.
I am a lifelong actor who is passionate about helping clients find greater power, authenticity, and joy in communication.
I hold an MFA in Classical Acting from George Washington University/The Shakespeare Theater and a BFA in Acting from
NYU-Tisch. I am also certified in the Compton PESL Method of Accent Reduction, and in teaching mindfulness meditation through the Engaged Mindfulness Institute.
I recently relocated from the Washington, DC area to Vancouver, BC. I am a big fan of hiking with my beagle, King Louie, singing show tunes, and working virtually with speakers from around the world.
